My Coaching Story

I specialise in leadership development coaching and have seen for myself the difference coaching makes to individuals and teams. Coaching is a powerful tool to build leadership capacity for individuals and teams and to increase leadership effectiveness.

By making space to think more deeply, you grow in self-awareness and confidence. By making space to learn more about yourself and others, your impact as a leader grows.

For more than ten years, I have worked in the education sector as a teacher, subject leader, head teacher, consultant and coach. Before working in the education sector, I worked as a solicitor in multi-national law firms.

We are all unique and we all need a slightly different space within which to Think, Learn and Grow. Coaching is tailored to you. I use a range of coaching methodologies, tools and techniques to create this space for you.
